Welcome to Pat C.'s shop. I am Linda, helping my 101-year old mother-in-law Patricia (Pat) Louise Odell Coulter (born in 1925) find new homes for her extraordinary multi-generational family collection.

Our shop features unique heirloom treasures passed down through both sides of Pat's rich family history:

THE YOKOHAMA COLLECTION (1903-1923)
Pat's grandparents, Willam P. Harris and Ada Louise Pointer Harris, lived in Yokohama, Japan, for two decades They departed for California in January, just months before the Great Kanto Earthquake of September 1, 1923. Some of our silver pieces are rare, stunning examples of early 20th-century Japanese artisan craftsmanship that survived the destruction of the region's finest silversmith workshops.

THE COMMODORE SEITZ & RUTH HARRIS COLLECTION
We are equally proud to offer treasured American estate silver and historic artifacts passed down from Pat's mother; Ruth Pointer Harris Odell Seitz (1894-1972), and her stepfather, Commodore George A. Seitz (1897-1947). Our American pieces include elegant sterling silver hollowware bearing Ruth's interlocking maiden monogram (RHP), alongside a rare WWII military-interest family heirloom belonging to Commander Seitz, while he was Captain of the USS Bunker Hill.

Every piece in our shop comes directly from our family archives. These pieces connect us to earlier generations their travels, and the objects they treasured. We look forward to sharing them with collectors who will appreciate their craftsmanship and history. For items carrying documented history, a physical copy of our signed family provenance record will be provided upon request.
