61042 Vintage Persian Heriz Rug 06'09 x 09'04.
Warm and inviting with timeless style, this hand-knotted wool vintage Persian Heriz rug is a captivating vision of woven beauty. The composition features an concentric lozenge and octofoil medallion anchored with palmette pendants on either side. An intricate botanical arrangement of stylized florals, serrated leaves, rosettes, buds, and vinery surrounds the medallion, filling the field in a abstracted landscape display burgeoning with life. A Classic Herati main border with samovar-shaped palmettes join double guard bands to elegantly frame the composition. With its complex design unified by the repetition of colors and traditional sensibility, this vintage Heriz rug would add style and panache to nearly any space.
