An exceptional pair of vintage Chinoiserie ceramic table lamps, beautifully hand decorated with richly detailed scenes inspired by classical Chinese court life and folklore. Brilliant jewel tones of emerald green, cobalt blue, amethyst, coral, and gilt are set against a dramatic ebony ground, creating extraordinary depth and visual richness. The elegant baluster forms are crowned with graceful shoulders and raised on finely crafted wood plinths, giving the pair a distinguished architectural presence. Standing 19 inches tall, these lamps possess the ideal scale for both intimate and grand interiors. Acquired from a Palm Beach estate.
Exuding timeless sophistication, these collector-quality lamps are perfectly suited for flanking a console, illuminating a library, or gracing bedside tables in an elegant primary suite. Their vibrant artistry and museum-worthy craftsmanship complement Chinoiserie, Hollywood Regency, Traditional, Palm Beach, and eclectic interiors, introducing color, history, and refined luxury to any thoughtfully curated home. A remarkable pair that celebrates the enduring beauty of fine decorative arts.
