This French 1920s Jacobean / Louis XIII Revival upholstered stool features an expertly carved solid wood base. The antique piece showcases barely twist (spiral turned) legs and a matching H-shaped stretcher, anchored by detailed corner block turned carvings. The rectangular top is newly reupholstered in a versatile navy and white stripe linen, a bit of a menswear look, with decorative nailhead trim blending century-old craftsmanship and crisp updated design.
