Standing approximately 57 cm high, the vase has a commanding scale and richly decorative presence. Finely hand-painted in the traditional famille rose palette, the porcelain displays vibrant polychrome decoration across its generously proportioned body. The combination of detailed enamel work, traditional Chinese ornamentation and substantial scale creates an elegant statement piece with considerable visual impact. The vase embodies the decorative richness associated with late Qing and early 20th-century Chinese porcelain, when traditional forms and established famille rose techniques continued to be employed by skilled ceramic decorators. Subtle variations within the hand-painted decoration contribute to its individual character and craftsmanship.

At approximately 57 cm high, this is a substantial decorative vase, particularly suited to display on a pedestal, large console or sideboard, or as a focal point within a collection of Chinese porcelain and Asian decorative arts. The vase retains authentic age-related character. The base has been drilled, and there is a small chip to the underside of the rim that has been filled.
