Birger Åström, lidded jar, 1980s. Organically shaped stoneware lidded jar with a softly modelled, sculptural silhouette and a subtle speckled glaze in sand and terracotta tones. The biomorphic lid form is characteristic of Åström’s experimental style during this period.
