An elegant pair of vintage Minton Cockatrice porcelain plates featuring a rich olive-green ground, delicate bird motifs, and intricate floral decoration framed by ornate gilt-style cartouches. The romantic palette of green, blush pink, cream, and gold-toned detailing lends these plates a refined English country-house aesthetic with a touch of Chinoiserie charm.
Beautiful displayed on a wall, arranged on plate stands atop a console, or layered into a collected dining room or cabinet vignette. A sophisticated decorative accent for English traditional, Hollywood Regency, and eclectic interiors.
