Beautiful matching pair of vintage Chinese famille rose-style porcelain cylinder vases/brush pots featuring colorful floral and bird decorations with traditional Chinese calligraphy.
Each tall cylindrical vase displays a beautifully detailed bird perched among flowering branches above large pink peonies, accented with cobalt-blue and soft-green foliage, reddish-brown branches, and delicate floral buds. Black Chinese calligraphy decorates the upper portion, complemented by a small red artist-style seal.
The vases feature a pale celadon-white glazed porcelain body, metallic gilt-style rim accents, and matching iron-red square seal marks on the undersides.
