Dating from the 1950s, the set retains all twelve bulbs together with the original packaging. Particularly interesting is the original packing table to the underside of the box, which is dated 22 June 1954, providing a precise historical reference for the piece. An appealing survivor from the golden age of British motoring and a particularly decorative piece of automotive ephemera. The original branded presentation makes the set ideal for display within a collection of automobilia, vintage garage accessories or mid-century motoring memorabilia. The bulbs remain in their original condition. Due to their age, they are best regarded as collectible objects rather than being used unless inspected by a suitably qualified person.
