The table features a generously proportioned rectangular oak top and incorporates two removable extension leaves, allowing it to expand from a practical everyday dining table to an impressive setting capable of comfortably accommodating up to ten people. Without the extension leaves fitted, the table measures 144 cm in length. Fully extended with both leaves in place, it reaches an impressive 242 cm, providing considerable flexibility for larger gatherings and formal entertaining. The oak displays an attractive natural grain and warm period character, while the substantial proportions and traditional construction reflect the quality and practicality associated with Victorian dining furniture. Presented in very good antique condition, with appropriate signs of age and historic use consistent with its period and origin.
