An unusual industrial table lamp created from an antique confectionery candy drop roller dating to circa 1840. Originally part of a traditional hard-candy manufacturing machine, the solid brass roller retains the moulded candy impressions that would have shaped hot cooked sugar into individual sweets. The historic industrial component has been creatively transformed into a sculptural table lamp, preserving an evocative piece of 19th-century confectionery history while giving it a functional contemporary purpose. The lamp is stated to be working but requires PAT testing before use.
