A set of 8 rare and hard to find Thanksgiving Turkey Design plates.
Made by Arabia in Finland circa 1960.

The plates are made of white porcelain with hand painted brown designs.
We love the image of the turkey in the middle of each plate.

Each plate is stamped, signed, on the backside as shown.
Each plate is 10" wide x 1/2" high from the table.
Finland is not really part of Scandinavian and is considered a Nordic country however we had to choose a style description closest to the region in Europe for the listing.

Each plate has it own level of light wear, mostly to the handprinted brown band along the outside.
These plates are mid century, 1960. Nearly 70 years old! It is remarkable that they have lasted so long in good condition.
The surface wear is common from use and age. See less
