The open space between the seat and backrest, together with the continuous curve of the rear supports, gives the chairs a distinctive architectural profile characteristic of French Art Deco design. The walnut showcases a warm, rich tone with a natural patina that highlights the subtle variations in grain and finish. Each chair has been newly reupholstered in a heavyweight ivory-white cotton fabric featuring a pronounced ribbed weave and richly textured surface.
