Handcrafted ceramic vase in a rounded form with a short cylindrical neck, finished in a rich green glazed surface. The body is decorated with incised undulating lines around the shoulder and lower edge.
The underside is hand-inscribed “Margaret Lee Mulick / U.S. Navy / ... 1948”, making this an especially distinctive piece with documented personal provenance. Margaret Lee Mulick (1909–1993) was a Virginia woman associated with the historic Williston property in Orange County, Virginia.
