Pair of period Edwardian mahogany side tables from England, circa 1900.
This is a fabulous pair of side tables with beveled edges around the single plank tops, following down to aprons which are paneled and have finials decorating the four plinths on the corners. The tables are supported on hand carved x-stretcher legs, ending in splayed feet in a blocked form with a carved geometric design reminiscent of a Greek key pattern.
The legs are joined by gorgeous hand turned stretchers. These tables are stunning and so nice to have them in a pair!
