Minor imperfections to the chairs finish as in vintage use, and has a very sturdy wooden frame. The beautiful yellow white and gold silk fabric is nearly perfect, and the seat is comfortable because it has been overstuffed in the original manufacturing. The chairs could be used as occasional chairs for living room bedroom or dining room. You know you're getting quality with the Switzer brand. I found these chairs in an antique store where they were on consignment with a shop owner friend who's showroom is on Designers Row in Beverly Hills California. See less
