Design Plus Gallery presents the Peacock Armchair designed by Dror Benshetrit for Cappellini. Introduced in 2009, this sculptural chair is formed from layered and folded felt arranged in a dramatic fan-like profile. The blue interior contrasts with the charcoal gray exterior, creating a dimensional pattern across the seat and back. The felt construction is secured with round fasteners and supported by a slender metal base with four legs. The design is recognized for transforming sheets of felt into a continuous seating form through folds, curves, and repetition.
