This vintage pair of pencil reed cylinder lamps combines the warmth of natural wood with the quiet gleam of brass in a refined mid-century silhouette. Each cylindrical body is wrapped in finely arranged pencil reed, creating a rhythmic, tactile surface with subtle tonal variation that adds depth and movement. Rounded wood bases ground the design, while lightly patinated brass fittings provide a restrained contrast.
The original wood finish retains a warm, consistent patina, with minor surface scuffs and light age-appropriate wear. Both lamps are structurally sound, with no visible repairs or losses. Measuring approximately 5.75 inches wide by 5.75 inches deep and 18.75 inches high each, this coordinated pair brings sculptural texture and versatile illumination to a console, bedside tables, or living-room arrangement. A polished vintage lighting accent for interiors that value natural materials, clean lines, and understated craftsmanship.
