Here is a vintage Hollywood Regency vanity mirror with an wonderfully ornate gilt metal filigree frame and an especially versatile design. The pierced frame is filled with scrolling floral and foliate motifs, with larger floral flourishes accenting each corner and a finely detailed inner border surrounding the mirror.
Designed to be used three different ways, the mirror can lie flat on its petite feet as a glamorous vanity or perfume tray, stand upright using the easel back as a tabletop dressing mirror, or hang on the wall using the attached hanging hardware on the back.
The warm gilt finish and delicate openwork give the piece that wonderfully decorative Hollywood Regency quality, while the combination of flowers, scrolling vines and intricate metalwork makes it beautiful even when not in use. I love that you can use it in so many different ways!
