Contrasting natural woods have been individually inlaid to create the frog, foliage, flower, water and distant landscape, framed by a fine light-wood border and richly grained raised sides with integrated handles. Dating to the mid-20th century, the tray retains its original “Made in Philippines” label on the underside. Both functional and highly decorative, it is a particularly charming example of Philippine woodcraft and displays beautifully on a coffee table, ottoman or bar when not in use. See less
