La Hantise Stoneware Mask by Jean Désiré Ringel d'Illzach (1847 - 1916). Monochromatic glaze created by Emile Muller. Multiple hallmarks, title, signature, and factory marks on the interior and side. Also in the collections of Musée d'Orsay and Musée National- Grand Palais. Highly enigmatic visage of a clairvoyant, obviously a very unique product from the studio of Ringel Dillzach. Mounted on a steel museum stand or able to be wall-hung.
The Measurements are 8 3/4" tall, 6 1/2" wide, and 4" deep.
