Vintage turned pine wooden wall sconce, likely to be made in denmark in the 1960s.
a distinctive vintage wall light featuring a beautifully turned and carved wooden body with rounded, architectural forms and decorative ring details. The warm honey-brown wood has a rich natural grain and polished finish. It is supposed to be used without any lampshade, and you can select white, mirrored or decorative light bulb.
the substantial wooden backplate and cylindrical lamp holder give the piece a sculptural, almost architectural quality. Works particularly well in mid-century, scandinavian, rustic, eclectic and contemporary interiors.
