Dating to the late 20th century, this architectural tiered étagère by Baker Furniture features four open display tiers with graduated spacing, supported by elegantly turned wood uprights. The square architectural form and rich wood finish give the piece a beautifully balanced look. It's traditional in craftsmanship, yet clean and restrained enough to work in a more modern or transitional interior.
The open design offers ample room for books, pottery, sculpture and collected objects while maintaining a light, airy profile. Beautifully crafted and exceptionally well preserved, the étagère retains its original Baker Furniture plaque and is marked 5685 to the underside. I'm so smitten with this piece! You can use it in so many spaces and even float it in a room.
