Bernard buffet (1928-1999) the iris, 1966 original lithograph (mourlot workshop) signed in the plate on arches vellum, 44 x 32 cm reference: catalogue raisonné buffet lithographer #80-14 information: this lithograph is taken from the portfolio "herbier," containing poems by louise de vilmorin. Published in an edition of 230 copies by ac mazo in paris. Very good condition, minor imperfections on the edges of the pages this piece is attributed to the mentioned designer/maker. It has no attribution mark and no
official proof of authenticity,
however it is well documented in design history. I take full responsibility for any authenticity
