A 19th century English Edwardian vitrine constructed using rich, finely grained rosewood with contrasting satinwood marquetry. Inlaid Neo-Classical marquetry details of a decorative urn with floral swags and scrollwork on the upper panel and lower drawer. The lower tiered shelf rests on two beautifully turned mahogany support columns, adding architectural structure. Features a small inset beveled mirror back. Dovetailed drawer with brass pull. May be hung on the wall or rested on a table. Circa 1880-1900.
