Rare pair of heirloom-quality Ralph Lauren "Writer’s Chair" and matching ottoman set, masterfully crafted by Henredon Furniture Industries. Manufactured in North Carolina during the peak era of fine American furniture production, this exact set carries a documented factory production date of August 13, 1996. Known for its commanding presence and deep, luxurious sit, this iconic set features an English Georgian Chesterfield silhouette. It is upholstered in Henredon’s premium "Stagecoach Moss" leather, exhibiting a spectacular, heavily distressed olive-brown vintage patina that cannot be replicated by modern reproductions.
