- Unmarked, after the Tiffany Studios lotus design, circa mid-20th century
- Measures 20" diameter x 8" height
- Design Pattern: crafted in a or mosaic pattern with green, white, amber, and black glass segments fashioned into a folded or pleated form with shaped edge in a geometric "Lotus" or "Lotus Leaf" pattern, mimicking the organic structure of overlapping leaves radiating outward from the top cap
