We are selling this stunning English 18th century porcelain bowl. This bowl is decorated in Chinese/Japanese Imari style with underglaze blue Fisherman theme with vibrant red counterpoints, and worn gilding throughout. This great copy of the Chinese porcelain was often done in 18th century England by Lowestoft, Liverpool and Worcester makers, we are unsure of the exact manufacturer. From the collection of legendary China Trade Scholar Carl L. Crossman.
Condition: Hairline in the bowl. Chip on the rim.
