A striking vintage double wall sconce in aged brass, designed around a dramatic symmetrical composition. Two candle-style light holders extend from long, sweeping arms that curve upward toward an ornate central backplate.
The metal framework features multiple parallel curved bands, circular and spiral motifs, and geometric detailing, creating an elegant architectural silhouette. The warm aged-brass finish contrasts beautifully with the dark brown metal drip trays and cream-colored candle sleeves.
The elaborate construction and stylised ornament suggest an early 20th-century European decorative lighting design, with particularly strong Art Nouveau, Jugendstil and Viennese Secession influences.
It would work beautifully in a period interior, Art Nouveau or Jugendstil-inspired space, eclectic interiors, boutique hotels, restaurants, or as a statement piece against a contemporary wall.
