There is a background cityscape as well as an ocean.
The painting is very well done and composed with warm and deep ochre, orange and white tones.

Matted and houses in a mid century wood frame wrapped on its front edges with chrome.

Signed on the lower left.

Minor surface wear to the mat and frame.
We have not removed the painting from the frame. The painting is in good condition.
