It is Rendered in the "Wedge" Back Style. It is Signed by the Maker on the Back - Made by the Dick Brothers Incorporated in Reading Pennsylvania, Copyright & Dated 1931. It is Also Identified on Page 126 of "The Doorstop Book" as "Begging Dachshund" - Book Value $550 to $750 But NOTE However that One has Much Better All Original True To Life Colors Paint than The One in the Book. It is Very Heavy Solid Cast Weighing 6 Pounds. It is in Outstanding Condition - Still Retains its All Original Oil Painted Features - Very Nice Original Patina and it Displays Beautifully. No Damage - No Repairs
