Pair of steel rod welded tables. An organized sleek Brutalism is the overall effect. Perfect as night stands, or to flank a sofa. We love them as drink tables at comfortable lounge chairs, too.
With time, they could be allowed to develop a bit of rust if taken outdoors, which would be wonderful. The natural oxidation process is always a welcome surface element in a steel table. The lovingly worn finish that develops over time looks wonderful and tells a story of a the life of a handmade piece.
If kept indoors, the tables should remain as they are today for many decades. We love the radial design and raised welds that provide so much texture and dimension. The gold finished areas catch light beautifully.
