Artisan-crafted in France from solid beechwood, the mirror has been newly refinished in a luminous silver finish that beautifully emphasizes the carved architectural details.
The tall frame displays the balanced symmetry associated with Louis XVI design, including fluted column-style elements, floral garlands, carved mouldings and restrained classical ornamentation. The silver-toned finish creates a sophisticated contrast between traditional French form and a lighter, more contemporary appearance.
Its generous full-length mirror plate provides excellent reflection while also bringing additional light and visual depth into a room. At approximately 215 cm / 85 in high, the piece has a commanding architectural presence without appearing overly ornate.
The mirror can be displayed as a leaning floor mirror or professionally mounted vertically to a wall. Wall-mounting hardware is not included.
