Crafted in a warm walnut-toned finish, the tall, slender piece features five graduated shelves framed by solid wood supports that have been beautifully turned and detailed to resemble bamboo.

The details are what make this one so special. The upper shelf is surrounded by a delicate spindle gallery and finished with three ball finials, while the turned faux-bamboo construction continues from top to bottom. I especially love the combination of the bamboo-inspired design with the more traditional wood finish—it gives the piece an elegant, almost English quality with a wonderful nod to Aesthetic Movement furniture.

At just over six feet tall, the étagère makes fantastic use of an otherwise forgotten corner while taking up very little floor space.
