Striking vintage sculptural side chair crafted entirely from pencil reed, featuring a beautifully rounded silhouette and distinctive teardrop-shaped cutout in the backrest. The reed is meticulously wrapped and coiled to create a richly textured, dimensional surface throughout the seat and back.
The warm natural honey finish highlights the organic character of the pencil reed, while the tapered legs and curving form give the chair a playful yet sophisticated presence. A wonderful statement piece for a coastal, tropical, bohemian, or organic-modern interior. The feet have been repainted to closely match the natural finish of the rest of the frame for a cohesive appearance.
Perfect as an accent chair in a bedroom, entryway, living space, or as a unique occasional dining chair.
