A whimsical bright yellow French Oyster Plate made by Henriot Quimper, Brittany, France. C. 1950s. Signed on the back including the artist's #. This striking glazed faience plate features six oyster wells surrounding a central condiment well. Each well highlights one of three alternating hand painted botanical motifs on a vibrant yellow background. Black accent rings trim out each well and outer rim of the plate. A perfect French oyster plate for a plate wall or collection.
