The upright wood case is coated in matte black lacquer and organized into three open compartments. A discreet pull-out shelf is incorporated beneath the central compartment, extending beyond the frame to provide an additional horizontal surface. Their sculptural contours and small metal foot accents introduce an unexpected traditional detail against the otherwise contemporary form. The unfinished wood rear panel remains visible on the back, reflecting the construction methods of the period.
