A graduate of the Ecole des Beaux-Arts and the E'cole des Arts Decoratifs in Paris, Ballif was honored with the Grand Prix de la Ville de Paris and exhibited widely across Europe. Her work is held in major public collections including the Bibliotheque nationale de France and the Muse d'Art Moderne de Paris, earning her a lasting reputation as a leading figure in post-war French printmaking.
