An Italian chandelier designed by Antonio Lupi for Lupi Cristal Luxor, dating to the 1970s. The chandelier is composed of thick, precision-cut glass panels arranged in a sculptural composition, with smoked glass elements introducing tonal contrast and depth. Suspended from a polished metal canopy and chain, the layered glass refracts and diffuses light when illuminated, producing a gentle glow accented by subtle shimmering highlights.
A refined example of Lupi’s approach to cut glass and modernist lighting design, the chandelier functions equally well as a source of illumination and as a statement centerpiece.
Condition: In great vintage condition. This chandelier was professionally rewired by our team of restorationists with a new canopy and adapter. One minor chip to one of the glass elements and a subtle patina throughout the chrome. Accepts three E26 base light bulbs.
