An organic natural piece of wood that someone in the late mid century painted gold.
It was mounted onto a black plank.

Suddenly this old piece of wood became a sculpture.

We love the way it looks on a mantle, a credenza or even a shelf.
It is large and substantial.

Minor surface wear.
