This is a Traditional Swinging Pub Sign it related to Henry VII Englands 1st Tudor King, it is an original large and heavy piece dating from the beginning of the 20th Century, it is double sided and the paint has been slightly weathered more on one side than the other, it has fixings and would have been suspended from a wall bracket
