Vintage "Taylor Ties" rotating display, having 12 arms from which to hang ties, mounted on a vertical pole, supported by a basket form base. The top is a cast iron bird, which bears the words Taylor Ties in red. The stand is currently in later, but not new, black paint finish, which shows some loss and wear.
