A charming pair of mid-century bentwood chairs made in Romania, featuring looping café-style backs and woven cane seats. Inspired by the enduring Thonet tradition, these chairs reinterpret the classic bentwood form with a more decorative postwar silhouette. Gracefully curved frames and a warm honey-toned finish lend an airy, inviting presence, while the natural cane seats add texture and visual lightness. Their sculptural profile works beautifully in European country, cottage, organic modern, and bistro-inspired interiors, bringing warmth and character to a range of settings. Equally suited to a dining table, breakfast nook, or occasional seating arrangement, this pair offers timeless craftsmanship and enduring appeal.
