English artist Francesca Owen is heavily influenced by the natural world; much of her work features flowers, plants and trees sometimes with the people that inhabit these spaces also included. Working in a studio set in an idyllic garden and often visiting India for inspiration her paintings are redolent with blooms and blossoms she finds and observes. This piece is a beautiful, textural impressionist renditions of nature and flora.
