Oil painting on canvas board with people in conversation at the seaside and a regatta in the distance under a dramatic sky. Signed in the lower left corner S. Gregorakis. Professional white frame.
Satori Gregorakis (b. Long Island, N.Y., 1943-) I paint scenes in the tradition and style of old masters. I like being surrounded by classical paintings. At the heart of my process is the careful and deliberate preparation of surface.
Satori’s paintings are held in private and public collections both across the United States and internationally.
