Robert Colborne (1931-2002) . Signed and dated lower right, estate stamp on the back.
Colborne published Lake Michigan Region Rolls Royce Owners Club newsletter. He advertised in the newsletter that he could be commissioned to paint your Rolls in front of your house.
Colborne worked in merchandising and wrote the books "Fundamentals of Merchandise Presentation" in 1982 and "Visual Merchandising: The Business of Merchandise Presentation" in 1996.
