This French artist is famous for his sculptures, but his jewelry is equally impressive. The rare piece features a bold transparent Lucite or Altuglas cuff shape embellished with a reverse carved design in cobalt blue, gold, and baby blue colors. The engraved Gallard signature is visible on one side for provenance.
