Here is a charming vintage brass finger bowl dating to the mid-20th century. Beautifully shaped with a softly scalloped rim and small raised base, the bowl has a warm polished interior with lovely natural variation and patina to the exterior. Nicely weighted for its petite size, it has a substantial feel in the hand.
Originally designed as a finger bowl, its petite size makes it equally wonderful today as a catchall for jewelry or other small treasures. I especially love the gently wavy edge, which gives this simple little brass bowl just the right amount of personality.
