Studio ceramic piece from Germany, created in the 1970s and 80s and belonging to the Brutalist movement.
This pendant lamp in the Brutalist style of the 1970s and 80s is characterized by its striking appearance – a rough design and the use of a rope as cable guide (this could be replaced with a standard cable), as well as a simple ceramic form with additional light outlets, give the lamp the appearance of a warrior.
Marked with an embossed signature that unfortunately cannot be identified.
The lamp's canopy is handcrafted from brass.
Up to 250V (Europe/UK Standard). The wiring of this item may be original and might need replacement, if not specified otherwise.
