A vintage Turkish Sivas carpet from the mid-20th century. Thin vines and swirls of tiny leaves are the main ornamentations of the ivory ground of this eastern Turkish town rug. The straw yellow main border mixes erect and tilted palmettes with slender multi-flower sprays.
